Computational Scientist, Argonne National Laboratory
Sam Foreman is a computational scientist in the AI/ML Group at the ALCF, where he works on training large models for scientific applications. Generally, he is interested in developing novel algorithms and techniques to enable the training of large language models on scientific data and in applying these models to accelerate scientific discovery across a wide range of domains.
