What airport will my flight be arriving at?

Participants who plan to fly will arrive at either Chicago O’Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway Airport.

Are meals and lodging included?

Yes, all meals and lodging throughout the bootcamp will be provided at the Q Center.

Is there a dress code?

We would like all bootcamp participants to be comfortable throughout the program. Participants are welcome to dress casually, recognizing the weather outside will likely be warm while the inside of the conference center will likely be cold.

Is there a Bootcamp Code of Conduct?

All bootcamp participants are required to read, sign and adhere to the code of conduct, found here.

What should I do when I arrive to the bootcamp?

On Monday morning you will need to check-in at a registration table. At the table you will receive: (1) your per diem card, (2) a name tag with site access, and (3) if you need a computer you will be pointed in the right direction to get your borrowed computer for the bootcamp. Each morning you will complete a similar check-in process at the registration table.
