What are your academic/technical/or energy justice interests?
I am interested in energy justice due to this aligning with my values of providing a more just environment, especially in my hometown of Guadalajara, Jalisco. I also want to pursue my Ph.D. in applied statistics which I hope this helps me gain some practical skills to carry with me through my Ph.D. journey.
Do you have any hobbies?
I love to make architectural sketches and spend a lot of my free time reading or going on walks trying to constantly find new spots to spend my time reading. I also really enjoy finding new interesting movies! I am constantly looking for new hobbies to pick up.
What are you most excited about for this program?
I am really excited to collaborate and learn from like-minded individuals who are also interested in energy justice. I also hope to make long-lasting connections with individuals who aren’t from my institute.
