Lacy Barrier joined our team with a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies, specializing in community building and interpersonal connections. With over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Lacy has been actively involved in working with students to create inclusive environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
Lacy’s passion for people and commitment to fostering community is evident in her extensive work with various organizations. Having undertaken internships in Cambodia, Haiti, Chicago, Miami, and her current residence in Charlotte, North Carolina, Lacy has gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the power of relationship building.
Lacy, through Sustainable Horizons Institute, hopes to use her soft skills expertise and natural ability to build meaningful connections to assure all individuals feel valued, heard, and supported.
