Assistant Computer Scientist, Argonne National Laboratory
I first came to Argonne as a summer student in 1988. I then attended Northwestern for graduate school in Applied Mathematics while continuing to work at Argonne studying nonlinear flame dynamics. With raising 2 children, I moved to activities like starting elementary school science fairs, organizing camping trips for the Girl Scout troops, running marathons, and qualifying for Boston. My current research interests involve modeling and visualizing the movement of odor molecules. I also train and compete in canine nose work.
