Hi, I’m Alex, a Computer Science and Statistics student at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a strong interest in high-performance computing and data science. I previously participated in the Argonne HPC Bootcamp, where I built a foundation in parallel computing and GPU workflows, and this summer I’ll be working as an HPC intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. I enjoy mentoring and helping others navigate technical challenges, especially in collaborative learning environments. Outside of academics, I like drawing, playing video games, hiking, volleyball, and cooking.
